Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
∎ Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
∎ Handle requests and queries appropriately.
∎ Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminder and make travel arrangements (Domestic & International).
∎ Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
∎ Conserves CEO/MD's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and briefs for the CEO/ MD.
∎ Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
∎ You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
∎ You can maintain discretion and confidentiality.
