∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation.
∎ Bill Processing.
∎ Market visit with factory users and daily works.
∎ Site visit and works with marketing department on purchase related various issues
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision.
∎ Prepare purchase requisitions, approve, issues purchase orders and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase in accordance with company policy.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned material with specified quality,
∎ Coordinate and make a liaison with mechanical, electrical, automobile,IT, administration & head office users .
∎ Sourcing & tracking out different suppliers on continuous basis.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the department head's as required.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Candidates having experience in Cement Company will be given preference
∎ Good command over computer, specially in MS Office/ Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
