Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing troubleshooting and maintenance activities of plant machineries.
∎ Keep the maintenance activities record in respective log book.
∎ Monitoring preventive maintenance as per schedule and keep the record properly.
∎ Preparing daily work report
∎ Monitoring and supervise to the technicians and train them.
∎ Preparing standard operating procedure (SOP) and review.
∎ Preparing validation document like Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) of plant machineries and review the document.
∎ Performing Clean Room Validation of plant.
∎ Calibrating equipment to function within acceptable parameters.
∎ Performing risk assessments and ensuring compliance with standards.
∎ Training staffs on validation parameters, validation technicians, validation testing and documenting processes.
∎ Preparing preventive maintenance schedule, validation schedule and calibration schedule.
∎ Monitoring preventive maintenance and keep record of process machineries and utilities equipment's.
∎ Prepare SOP related to in process quality control testing procedure
∎ Any other job assign by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experiences in similar industry will get preference.
