∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Executive Assistant, Writing memo, Writing skills in English
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Group of Companies, Hotel, Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive, Sensible, Professional, polite and respectful to others.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
∎ Strong attention to detail. Solid editing and researching skills.
∎ Monitor and respond to International communications including phone calls & emails.
∎ Responsible for drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations.
∎ Responsible for Filing retrieving and updating relevant documents, records and reports.
∎ Must have to have Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to maintaining Chairman's relationship with Foreign delegates / potential VIP'S.
∎ Collecting data and maintaining databases.
∎ Excellent communication abilities (oral and written). Have to write high quality report to maintain International standard to communicate with foreign delegates or agencies.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications with good typing speed.
∎ Any other task assign by Chairman.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Good looking, smart and energetic.
∎ Quick decision making ability.
∎ Candidates having English Medium background and prior experience in similar role will get preference.
∎ Fluency in English is must - spoken and written.
