Educational Requirements:
∎ Architect from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and lead the interior design team as a senior architect.
∎ Generate and follow up leads.
∎ Visit clients and make sales.
∎ Take client requirements properly and brief the design team.
∎ Collaborate with the design team and get quality designs prepared by them.
∎ Prepare quotations and presentations for clients.
∎ Prepare designs based on client requirements.
∎ Handle client queries and ensure after sale support.
∎ Report to the Managing Director on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 Years of Interior Management related experience are preferable
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnels
∎ Strong communication skills - written and oral
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Interpersonal skills (Team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity and
∎ creativity)
∎ Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
∎

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
