Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & communicate product wise trainings on product application to the customers
∎ Maintain liaison with the customers and incorporate user-defined needs and feedback into product positioning
∎ Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conduct tests and troubleshooting; and help the service engineers to repair malfunctions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
∎ Excellent analytical & reasoning ability
