Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of the office.
∎ Responsible for maintain petty cash on regular expenditure
∎ Make arrangement of all kind of Payment request and advance payment aligned with finance
∎ Manage and prepare monthly office rent, car rent and other utilities bill.
∎ Arrange meeting and other official programs as per schedule.
∎ Prepare stationary budget for monthly or quarterly.
∎ Keep record of day to-day expenses with supporting documents.
∎ Complete the whole recruitment process aligned with HR manager.
∎ Manage and responsible for any other task which is given by Managing Director
∎ Communication and coordination with all regional staff for any new implementation and other task assigned by Managing Director.
∎ Manage the office work environment and office products for Office supplies, equipment fixed assets, IT facilities, etc.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
