Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly administrative budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Prepare monthly shop overhead (Electricity, water, Security guard, Service charge & others) cost budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Prepare Operational all goods budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Prepare monthly shop rent and maintenance budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Prepare Accommodation budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.
∎ Provide employers food, accommodation, conveyance and mobile bills.
∎ Provide head office, warehouse and Guest house rent, utility and maintenance bills.
∎ Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
∎ Any other task will be given by the Management
