∎ Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly administrative budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.Prepare monthly shop overhead (Electricity, water, Security guard, Service charge & others) cost budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.Prepare Operational all goods budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.Prepare monthly shop rent and maintenance budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.Prepare Accommodation budget, timely distribute, collected documents, checked by & processed for approval.Provide employers food, accommodation, conveyance and mobile bills. Provide head office, warehouse and Guest house rent, utility and maintenance bills.Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.Any other task will be given by the Management
