Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of treasury and cash management.
∎ Good knowledge in banking sector.
∎ Ensure timely payment of all Suppliers, Bank Installments, Staff salaries, utility bills and any other payments.
∎ Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for the organization.
∎ To maintain all financial related books - Daily Registers, Cash Book, Petty Cash, Party Ledger, and Official Documents & Mother Ledger.
∎ To maintaining effective internal control in the financial management of the Agro farm.
∎ Maintain financial documents and ensure safety and security of documents, information and other resources.
∎ Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of financial work.
∎ Maintain bank book and update it on a daily basis.
∎ Generate monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Prepare different types of Notes, Memos, Office Order, checking various bills & voucher & maintain Delivery Challan.
∎ Coordinate the whole Agro farm as an admin.
∎ Monitoring whole AGRO area in daily basis.
∎ Stock maintenance of Agro.
∎ Logistic support of the Agro farm.
∎ Daily report to the Chairman through Email.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Internet browsing.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 Yrs experience in Accounts & Admin Department.
∎ Very good knowledge on Microsoft office package
