Responsibilities & Context
Maintain daily financial transactions including vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
Ensure proper recording of all financial data in accounting software/system.
Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor daily cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing reports.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by management.
Verify bills, payments, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, HR) for financial data and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
Support external and internal auditors by providing necessary documents and reports.
Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.
Support payroll processing in coordination with HR department.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager or Management.
