Educational Requirements:
∎ Dip-in-Engg. (Civil) from Public Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study and analyze structural & architectural drawings and specifications.
∎ Understanding contractual terms & conditions.
∎ Quantity take-off from drawings.
∎ Rate analysis for unit pricing of civil item of works.
∎ To prepare complete Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and evaluate costing.
∎ To extract quantity of material from BOQ and to prepare material summary.
∎ To maintain and update a database for material and labor rates.
∎ To coordinate with concerned architect/structural engineer and site personnel.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Shall be well conversant with estimating software, MS-Excel Spreadsheet and MS Office.
∎ Shall be well conversant with Auto-CAD.
∎ Strong communication skill.
