Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute.
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare construction budget by studying home plans, updating specifications, identifying and projecting costs for each elevation.
∎ Have to complete BOQ of Civil works (Architectural & Structural, Electrical, and Electro- Mechanical, etc.).
∎ To assist in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level.
∎ Maintains quality services by following organization standards.
∎ Responsible for analyzing & estimating construction material for a project.
∎ Evaluate offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements.
∎ Have to complete BOQ works.
∎ Review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned from time to time by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Construction cost estimation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt. Project, Developer, Real Estate, Candidates with experience in Govt. Project will be given preference.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about construction material/works.
