Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: BOQ Analysis, Civil, Construction cost estimation, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process eg HED/LGED/Road Construction, tender documentation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing proper tender documents, Detail estimation & Govt. Project BOQ analysis.
∎ Identifying and reviewing material and labor requirements in order to determine which is more cost-effective in producing components or purchasing components
∎ Estimating the time, materials, or equipment that is required to complete a job or project.
∎ Creating, analyzing, and maintaining correct and accurate quantities and thorough take-offs from plans.
∎ Showing creativity and resourcefulness in order to gain the best pricing from subcontractors.
∎ Maintaining and updating correct and accurate records of tenders.
∎ Consults with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers to discuss and formulate estimates, effect cost reductions, and resolve issues.
∎ Has the ability to manage and track multiple preconstruction projects at once.
∎ Presents and explains project budgets to clients, designers, and operations teams.
∎ Organize the bid team, providing leadership and direction with regards to means and methods, schedule and strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Estimate, Tendering Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms, Group of Companies
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications.
∎ Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
∎ Strong Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
∎ Good communication ( Written/Verbal) in English will get preference.
∎ Experienced in tendering documentation & working at Govt. Project/ Mega project would be added an advantage.
