Job Context:
∎ You can move fast to get quotes done and out to clients.
∎ You have great admin skills, good at keeping everything organised and you hate to miss deadlines and leave customers waiting.
∎ You will be preparing and sending over 700 quotes per year, and providing support to the sales team so more projects can be chased and closed.
∎ This will include constantly communicating with customers on questions and tracking down information to be sure your quotes are accurate and not unnecessarily lost.
∎ You do not require prior experience in estimating, quoting or our industry as we can provide support and training.
∎ Essentially, we love to give opportunity to people who are great at getting results.
∎ This role can grow into prospecting, sales or managing a team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read the project documents including drawings, specifications, finishes' & door schedules.
∎ Ensure everything that's scheduled as painting is included in our bill of quantities (BOQ)
∎ Create pricing quote that fully covers BOQ and achieves company margins.
∎ Flag any areas for clarity. Take initiative.
∎ Highlight irregularities or things that require clarity.
∎ Send quotes before deadlines and make sure they are accurate, and nothing is missed.
∎ Be available, ready and supportive to answer questions from the customer over phone and email.
∎ Be detailed and accurate in everything you do.

∎ Nothing particular. Just need to demonstrate they were able to add value to an organization, and can communicate, use systems, and be organized.
∎ Be able to read from drawings
