Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): having knowledge of Pavement Tiles, Having must Real estate background

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing BOQ with details estimate, costing, tender preparation & submission.
∎ Experience in design, measurement, analysis and implementation work.
∎ Day-to-day management including supervising and monitoring the labour and providing construction materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel and maintain material management.
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control and report to the head.
∎ Sound Knowledge on all types of finishing works, review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ To make sure the technical and procedural documentation update.
∎ To review progress of works at various stages.
∎ Experience of pavement tiles manufacturing would be an extra advantage.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
