∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and analyze the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on provided drawings.
∎ Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet the requirements of the work.
∎ Recommend and utilize the most suitable quantity of materials based on the location and nature of the work.
∎ Collect first-hand information from sites, warehouses, or other relevant locations.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date price list of all materials.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key vendors including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
∎ Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues.
∎ Visit sites as necessary to ensure accuracy and progress.
∎ Perform site bill checks and ensure accurate billing.
∎ Propose alternative materials when needed.
∎ Liaise with architects and structural engineers to ensure the best possible product outcomes.
