Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 6 years’ experience in estimation and billing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Engineering Firms, Civil Construction, RMC.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Auto-Cad.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Estimation, Quantity survey & Billing.
∎ Knowledge in cost estimates
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project)
∎ Strong Communication Skill
∎ Must have 6 years’ experience in estimation and billing.

∎ Develop & Analyse detail BOQ.
∎ Analyse project plan & specifications.
∎ Collaborate with the design & project management team.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents for making bill.
∎ Prepare bill depends on Auto-Cad design file.
∎ Preparing/ Upgrading related guidelines and manuals as per standard code of practice.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & tight schedule.
∎ Collect measurements for preparing bill.
∎ Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team
∎ Key Responsibility:
