∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dell Service Process, HP service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring appropriate technical support of Dell/HP all Model Server, Chassis, Storage & Network Switch's at customer ends in prompt and efficient manners.
∎ Knowledge about all Dell/HP Product's Troubleshooting, Parts Replacement, Configuration as per recommended of Dell/HP Technical Team.
∎ Have to ensure onsite support as per schedule and report to Service Level Co-ordinate in timely.
∎ Have to maintain communication with Dell/HP Technical Team & resolve customer Problem.
∎ Knowledge of Dell/HP Server & Storage.
∎ Knowledge of different Networking system.
∎ Have to work with Dell/HP recommended policy, procedure & ensure.
∎ Knowledge on different Server, Storage Configuration, VMware, both with Windows, Linux & Data backup and recovery.
∎ Have to work in live environment at customer premises with high importance.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should be experienced in Dell/HP service process.
∎ You have Microsoft, Cisco or other vendor certification you will get priority.
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Certified Dell 1000 Client Foundation; Dell 2000 Printers 2018 You will get priority.
∎ Certified Dell 2000 Client 2020; Dell 2000 Wyse Thin Client You will get priority.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
