Education: Mandatory Qualifications & Competencies Certification: A valid IELTS Test Report Form with a minimum overall band score of 7.5. Applications without this documentation will not be considered. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to create professional-grade PowerPoint presentations. A functional understanding of digital classroom hardware and software is required. Content Development: Capability to script and structure educational content suitable for social media dissemination. Linguistic Competence: Superior command of written and spoken English. Schedule Adherence: Unconditional availability for the posted schedule of 0900-1800 hours, six days per week. Preferred Qualification Prior instructional experience in conducting spoken English and grammar classes is advantageous but not a prerequisite. Responsibilities & Context: Location: Mentors` Building (Opposite Niramoy Hospital), Maijdee, Noakhali Entity: Mentors` Noakhali Branch Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Schedule: 0900-1800 Hours, Six (6) Days Per Week Remuneration: BDT 30,000 Per Month (Gross) Reporting To: MD Position Summary Mentors` Noakhali Branch requires an English Language Instructor to deliver structured instruction and develop supplemental digital materials. The primary objective is the effective preparation of students for the IELTS examination. Secondary duties include the creation of institutional social media content. Core Responsibilities Deliver a minimum of two (2) structured instructional sessions daily. Develop, prepare, and utilize formal PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for all scheduled classes. Produce pedagogically sound, short-form educational content for designated social media platforms. Operate standard digital classroom technology (e.g., interactive displays, LMS). Conduct student assessments and maintain accurate performance records. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: BDT 30,000. Daily Lunch Allowance.
