Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineer (EEE/ME) from BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/SUST or from any other reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of various types of Construction & finishing works and adequate skill for preparation of work schedule, work order contractor's bills, verification of measurement books etc.
∎ Comprehend Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Drawings and apply efficient method of construction as well as planning efficient execution.
∎ Manage and supervise construction operation activities at multiple project sites simultaneously with efficiency.
∎ To prepare Gantt chart &generate the report regular basis.
∎ To draft the layout, equipment positioning in AutoCAD.
∎ Update daily project work activity & Preparation of monthly progress report.
∎ Assist to preparation of DQ together with technical team and consultant.
∎ Assist to perform FAT at machine manufacture site.
∎ Assist to perform SAT including IQ, OQ, and PQ for process machinery, clean utilities and black utilities.
∎ Design and planning for black utilities like stream line, compressed air, portable water etc.
∎ Assure completion of project works (HVAC, clean room, dean and black utilities) in required time.
∎ Provide support to prepare master documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of project work experience in pharmaceutical industry / Food Industry is preferable.
∎ AutoCAD/Revit drafting knowledge will be added advantage.
∎ Must have knowledge in local environmental legislation, local rules and regulations governing and preventive maintenance techniques.
∎ Excellent persuasion and analytical skills
∎ Good communication skills
