Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of business and market strategy for assigned business/products.
∎ Establish the market share of the relevant business in line with organizational objective.
∎ Monitor customer preference to determine the focus of marketing & sales efforts.
∎ Prepare yearly budget for board approval and prudently manage organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to company‘s rules and regulations.
∎ To ensure that the organization’s mission, Vision, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have young, dynamic, hardworking, good market knowledge & self-motivated Leader who has experience in Power sector. This candidate should have at least 5-7 of proven Sales experience in HT/LT switchgear, transformer, PFI plant, busbar trunking system etc. in Utility segment.
∎ Leadership, multitasking skills, outstanding communication skills and selling skills with an extensive network in the electrical industry and work with a sales target.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Must have Excellent oral & written communication skill in both bangle & English language
∎ Strong drive for results and self-motivated (ability to work independently)
∎ Solid business acumen and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to provide technical solutions built around customer needs
∎ Experience with preparing sales proposals that meet customer expectations
∎ Experience utilizing Value Added selling techniques
∎ Strong work ethic, communications skills, competitiveness, willingness to learn and adept at building relationships.
∎ Willing to do frequent business travel.
