Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing Maintenance, project, design & regarding activities.
∎ Solving relevant problems & developing safe, simple, cost-effective solutions.
∎ Carrying out various tasks considering the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of productionPerforming installations, piping, modification & commissioning activities.
∎ Estimating material consumption & analyzing costs for ongoing activities &projectsWorking in a team of the mechanical workforce (Includes Engineers,Supervisors, Fitters, etc.).
∎ Monitoring third-party/ EPC activities & workforce on ongoing projects.
∎ Ensuring proper safety of both human lives & factory during maintenanceoperations.
∎ Maintaining interdepartmental communications.
∎ Preparing monthly work plans & budgets for the mechanical departmentMaintaining activity logbook, checklist, reports, & other departmentaldocuments.
∎ Ensuring preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance of mechanicalmachineryAnalyzing root causes & downtime of breakdown.
∎ Monitoring mechanical inventory of the mechanical department.
