Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Compressed Air systems, ensuring their smooth operation, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.
∎ Plan and execute regular maintenance activities, promptly address breakdowns, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and optimize utility efficiency.
∎ Monitor the quality of Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Compressed Air, implementing measures to maintain the desired purity levels required for power generation and manufacturing processes.
∎ Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency within the utility systems, implementing innovative solutions to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Compressed Air management, maintaining necessary documentation and records.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and supporting initiatives that require utility inputs, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
∎ Develop and implement emergency protocols for utility-related contingencies, ensuring a swift and effective response to any unforeseen situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Nitrogen, Hydrogen, and Compressed Air systems, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
∎ Strong understanding of power generation processes and utility systems, coupled with in-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for utility management and data analysis.
