Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate & maintain principles and theory of air Compressor, gas generation system, HVAC and plumbing systems.
∎ To maintain building codes, fire, and health and safety standards related to the air compressor, gas generators and HVAC mechanical and plumbing trades.
∎ To handle, investigate and respond to problem situations in a tactful, courteous and respectful manner
∎ To maintain effective communication, orally and in written form, with various constituencies.
∎ To prepare required documentation and report to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have knowledge of fundamentals of electricity, electronics and pneumatics.
∎ Must have knowledge of effective leadership skills to lead the team effectively.
∎ Must have statistical and analytical skills to prepare and present departmental data and reports for planning purposes.
∎ Ability to climb to/from and work at various heights on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs in a safe and effective manner.
∎ Demonstrated supervisory skills to effectively plan and manage the facilities operation and appropriately delegate accountabilities to team.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computer including MS office, internet &E-mail
∎ Willingness to travel (Home and Abroad).
