Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant contains Boiler, Compressor and Garments machinery.
∎ Supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of garment, machinery
∎ Schedule maintenance of process, Boiler, Compressor, Lift, Mini Washing & dryer, AC, Utility machinery and Sub Station
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ Adhered to repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern Cutting, Sewing, Boiler & Compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment’s and machinery.
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals
∎ Ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Wal-Mart, Next, Puma, C& A, Bureau Veritas along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experience in similar role from any large RMG/Textile Industry.
∎ Practical hands work experience in Electro-mechanical engineering maintenance and utility operation.
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Excellent understanding. Written & oral communication in English.
∎ Committed to work, independent, self-driven & result oriented.
∎ Strong computer skill in MS Office applications and AUTO-CAD.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill and ability to manage.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
∎ Job Location : Saradagonj, Kashimpur, Gazipur
