∎ Candidates must have Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Sales Experience. Added advantage will be given to those who has experience in selling BOQ, Substation, Busbar Trunking System, Transformer, Distribution Board. Solar System
∎ Skill required: BOQ preparation, Auto CAD 2D/3D, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Electrical (Power), Experience in Substation or power industrial will get preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set and achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals and objectives.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
∎ Provide motivation and leadership to the engineering and sales teams.
∎ Build and maintain professional relationships with external experts and agencies through seminars, conferences, and networking.
∎ Create, monitor, and report on business plans to ensure progress and efficacy.
∎ Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales.
∎ Manage relationships with key personnel, clients, and service providers.
∎ Ensure high-quality customer service and support in alignment with service level agreements and retention strategies.
∎ Conduct regular door-to-door visits within assigned industrial and commercial zones to identify new customer requirements.
∎ Consistently achieve mutually agreed sales targets.
∎ Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
∎ Regularly visit prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
∎ Execute company sales activities, plans, and procedures with precision and accountability.
