Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical)
∎ Preference will be given to the Candidates of BUET, RUET, KUET and CUET.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monthly production schedule and implementation accordingly.
∎ Monitor the manpower utilization, material & equipment requirement for effectiveness & smooth operation. Establish & improve process capability.
∎ Responsible for continuous process, minimize cost, quality of production.
∎ Responsible for all manufacturing process instruction (MPI)
∎ Responsible for all machines, equipment & tooling are well maintained in operating condition.
∎ Responsible for the overall plant operation safety, discipline & cleanliness of the each work station.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5 to 8 years in relevant field

Salary: Negotiable
