Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical
∎ Diploma in Engineering Mechanical/BSc in Mechanical.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all machines.
∎ To prepare action plan for routine maintenance to prevent breakdown of machines, troubleshooting & utilities used in production.
∎ To implement standard preventive maintenance covering all the machineries of the Factory.
∎ Inspect mechanical systems, equipment and components to identity hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ To coordinate in Installation/ Maintenance of Mechanical equipment and tools to facilitate the achievement of on time quality production.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of standards and laws.
∎ To supervise on assigned mechanical maintenance activities, assign people and coordinate with responsible parties/suppliers.
∎ To support the organization in improving maintenance and production for profitability by making necessary recommendations and controlling resources.
∎ To resolve day-to-day production related mechanical problems.
∎ To prepare & submit Weekly/Monthly/Yearly maintenance report to the management with recommendation (if any).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience in Knife adjust ad*star machinery, data analysis and systematic problem solving skills, Chiller, Compressor, etc.
∎ Experience should be PP woven bag factory.
∎ Proficient of MS Office.
∎ Strong decision making skills and a result driven approach.
