∎ Training/Trade Course: EHS,Safety
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead supervise & manage the maintenance team in shifts.
∎ Monitor machine the maintenance schedule and execute it accordingly in all machines.
∎ Prepare preventative maintenance schedule for the new machines as per OEM recommendation & based on condition
∎ Prepare the lubrication schedule, ensure implementation & cost reduction through alternate sources and maintain quality
∎ Ensure that safety training for the shift staff and that proper safety practices are followed
∎ Attend the machine breakdowns & analyze the root cause for repetitive problems as well as for the long downtime
∎ Maintain effective working relationships and work in cooperation with the other team to effectively meet departmental and unit objectives
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
∎ Prepare spare parts list based on priority & follow up to maintain safety stock
∎ Prepare skill matrix & job training for the development of shift staff
∎ Willing to attend to cost reduction team & do other works appoint by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication in Bangali & English
∎ Well-constant in Microsoft Office application
∎ Ownership mentality, dedicated to his responsibilities
∎ Candidates must have knowledge in Tharmic heaters, Cooling towers, Pumps, Chiller, Piping & Instrumentation Drawing, Bearing, Fasteners, Gearbox & Machine Drawing, Preventive maintenance
∎ Candidates who have training on safety issues will get the advantage
