∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise and manage the maintenance team in the shift
∎ Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly in all machines
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the new machines as per OEM recommendation and based on condition
∎ Prepare lubricant schedule and ensure implementation and cost reduction through alternate source to maintain quality
∎ Ensure that safety training is provided to shift and that proper safety practices are followed
∎ Attend the machine breakdowns and analyze the root cause for repetitive problems as well as the long downtime
∎ Maintain effective working relationships and work in cooperation with the other team to effectively meet departmental and unit objectives
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time
∎ Prepare spare parts list based on priority and follow-up to maintain safety stock
∎ Prepare skill matrix and job training for the development of shift staff
∎ Willing to attend to cost reduction team and do other works appoint by management
