Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in Solar EPC project execution (300 kWp-1 MWp)
Comprehensive knowledge of Solar PV components, grid interconnection, BESS/ESS, net metering
Candidates who successfully complete the probation period will be offered a permanent role. If the candidate accepts the permanent position,he must commit to working with the company for a minimum of three (3) years.

Responsibilities & Context:
GREL looking for hardworking, skilled & self-driven candidates for an immediate appointment for the post of Engineer.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Lead Installation, commissioning, performance ratio testing, and net meter setup
Read and interpret single-line diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.
Lay cables and cable trays following industrial safety guidelines.
Install Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) per industrial standards.
Apply plumbing fitting knowledge for water pipeline installation as per design.
Diagnose, test, repair, or replace solar module cables, interconnections, PV junction/string boxes, connectors, and fuses.
Manage spare part movement and maintain records
Coordinating with internal teams/subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Resolving on-site technical issues and troubleshooting problems that may arise during constructions.
Ensure compliance with IEC standard, BNBC requirements.
Frequent traveling inside and outside Dhaka.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
