Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Engineering or equivalent.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tender Documents
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely submission of tenders to clients.
∎ Prepare and plan tender schedule / work flows / budgetary control / quotations.
∎ Responsible for Tender technical preparation, design & drawing (AutoCAD).
∎ Develop tender information collection process.
∎ Coordinate and work with internal cross functional departments to ensure accuracy and timely submission of proposals and tenders.
∎ Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements.
∎ e-GP (Govt. Project), EOI & RFP Documents Preparation.
∎ Attend Pre-bid Meeting.
∎ Arrange JV (Joint-Venture Meeting).
∎ Implement safety, Health and environment regulations as per requirement and company policy.
∎ Undertake any other ad-hoc projects / duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in renewable energy sector.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and willing to travel within short notice when necessary
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and Software.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
