Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry, mechanical maintenance, Particle Borad
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of Maintenance- Various activities related to planning to get maximum production with optimum efficiency ie reduce breakdowns in production time, Daily Checks, Preventive Maintenance, Lubricating the Machines.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff, Obtaining special components. Fixtures and fittings.
∎ Managing budgets maintaining statistical and financial records ensuring compliance with health and safety.
∎ To reduce breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
∎ To make sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
∎ To carry out installation & commissioning works of new machines.
∎ Should be responsible for planning and affecting preventive maintenance schedules various machines and instruments to increase operational machine up time am equipment reliability.
∎ Should have good communication skill.

∎ Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel.
