Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 45 years
Strong technical knowledge of gas engines and generator systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to work independently as well as lead a service team.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Must have to travel and work at customer sites across Bangladesh.
Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency service requirements.
Responsibilities & Context
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of Gas Generators and related equipment.
Carry out troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, repair, and servicing of gas generator systems.
Coordinate with clients for scheduled service, emergency breakdown support and technical requirements.
Prepare and submit service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance reports for clients and management.
Identify technical problems and provide effective solutions within the required time.
Monitor generator performance and recommend necessary maintenance or replacement of parts.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Department to arrange required spare parts and ensure timely availability.
Maintain proper records of service activities, equipment condition, spare parts, and customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and customer site requirements.
Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and provide quality after-sales service.
Must have to travel extensively across Bangladesh for customer visits and service assignments.
