∎ Auto CAD, Microsoft Office ( MS Office, Exel & Power Point)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Sanitary & Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection systems, Fire Detection & Fire Alarm systems, Voice Communication & (PA) systems, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent treatment Plant (ETP & STP), Hot water generation system, Steam generation plant (Boiler Plant) & Co-generation system, Hospital Laundry equipment, Kitchen & Bakery equipment, Hospital Nurse’s hostel sanitary & plumbing systems etc.
∎ Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly work schedule & materials need assessment.
∎ Supervision of Kitchen, Laundry, ETP Civil and mechanical (Sanitary & Plumbing) works to ensure that works are carried out as per design & drawings.
∎ Raising material Requisition & ensure quality during receiving of materials / goods.
∎ Prepare monthly duty roster and maintenance work schedule under Plumbing a Sanitary systems.
∎ Supervision of construction site civil, mechanical (Sanitary & Plumbing) staffs and help them as per Site requirement / Condition.
∎ Corresponding aim vendors / contractors to ensure better outcome of projects & coordination to Project Manager for quality works in the project.
∎ Maintaining safety aspects airing execution of all civil & mechanical (Sanitary & Plumbing) works.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by HOD.
