∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/ IPE from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements of Home Appliance (Washing Machine) related products.
∎ To develop formulas by understanding the balance between cost, claims and functionality.
∎ Research, analysis & product development of Front Load Washing machine.
∎ To perform pre-production R&I tests to optimize scale-up process and highlight critical parameters affecting production.
∎ Study product standard to identify and meet different requirement from different markets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in related field.
∎ Clear understanding of product design, mold, die, casting and other manufacturing process
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design and appliances.
∎ Should have strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
∎ Accessible approach to other with pleasant personality.
∎ Basic Knowledge on design and drafting software and IT.

Salary: Negotiable
