Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electronics/B.Sc. in EEE from any reputed university/Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out research and development work of LED projects.
∎ To do product testing & comparative analysis.
∎ To conduct technical discussion with supplier for raw material.
∎ To make process planning for maximizing of production and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ To develop manufacturing process with cost effectiveness & ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
∎ To do the work of BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation, Cost Optimization etc.
∎ Prepare and update technical procedure & give instruction on production process.
∎ Should be innovative thinking, and have creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automation, Circuit design, Research and Development.
∎ Working experience in LED Lighting manufacturing industry will be added an extra advantage
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to very good knowledge on Electrical circuit, Micro-controller, IC etc.
∎ Should be willing to reside close to factory
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking
∎ Computer knowledge must be required
