∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Preferable experience in Aluminum Foils Company, Aluminum production factory
∎ Familiarity with ISO 9001
∎ Provide metallurgical engineering support and expertise to area of responsibility
∎ Self-directed with strong organizational skills
∎ Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Strong problem solving and creative skills
∎ Must have computer literacy, conversant with MS Office, ERP software and relevant applications
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deploys Quality Strategy and Goals through site specific projects and targets Builds quality and consumer safety skills and knowledge through coaching and training of factory team Ensures Quality team has level of required skills and knowledge as appropriate to support Site Quality Programs Ensures Quality Management System of metal (Aluminum) is implemented locally to assure Customer Safety and Overall Quality of the Final Product being manufactured Verifies compliance of site operations (Aluminum Production) to Quality Management System and other applicable quality related requirements through internal audit programs Ensures applicable external / international standards and requirements are accurately represented in local procedures and work instructions Ensures site compliance with all local regulatory requirements related to customer safety and product quality Ensures quality of input materials and Aluminum house foil packaging. Ensures all on-site Quality laboratories operate in accordance with good laboratory practices Implements program for product micron control monitoring and on-going verification to ensure regulatory compliance and reliability of label micron / weight declarations Implements / maintains system to securely record and preserve required test results, audit findings and other data and information in alignment with internal and external requirements Develop professional working relationship with regulatory bodies' incl. BSTI, etc.
