Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical or related subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
∎ 5+ years of experience in Cement Factory.
∎ Proficiency in using CAD software for control system design
∎ Experience with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems
∎ Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems, such as ISA, IEC, and NEC
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Experience with industrial processes and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and valves, is a plus
∎ Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process engineers design, implement and optimize industrial processes for large-scale manufacturing companies. They mainly work in the manufacturing, chemical, and biotechnology industries but may also work in sales or IT to design and optimize sales or software processes.
∎ Instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes should be designed, developed, and tested.
∎ Choose and specify instrumentation parts, such as controllers, transmitters, and sensors.
∎ Using CAD software, create schematics, diagrams, and layouts for control systems.
∎ Using software tools like PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems, develop and put into practice control plans.
∎ For planned initiatives, carry out cost-benefit evaluations and feasibility studies.
∎ Ensure that projects are finished on schedule and under budget by working together with project managers, other engineers, and clients.
∎ Review and approve instrumentation and control system design documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.
∎ Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that instrumentation and control systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
∎ Keep abreast on new developments in the field of instrumentation and control systems as well as market trends.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 200000 - 300000 (Monthly)
∎ The company will provide a minimum of 300 Libyan Dinar as local allowance.
Employer has 5 cement factories in Libya.
2 out of 5 cement factories have canteen facilities.
Duty hours are 8 hours with 3 shifts.
Engineers will get 3 dollars per hour for overtime.
Technicians will get 2.5 dollars per hour for overtime.
No alcohol is allowed.
Accommodation and transportation are provided.
Free kitchen facilities.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The probation period is from 1 month to 3 months.
∎ If someone gets terminated due to performance, they will only get half of the monthly salary mentioned in their offer letter.
∎ After reaching Libya the company will do the visa medical will apply for resident visa.
∎ Once the candidate is reached after passing the medical test, the company will give US Dollar 1000 in advance.
∎ Employees cannot send the salary directly to their home country.
∎ The company is taking the responsibility to transfer the salary.
∎ Swift copy of the transfer receipt will be provided to the employee.
∎ Salary will be transferred to home country account every 2 months.
∎ There is no transfer fee deduction for this.
