∎ Skills Required: Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Good command over MS Office Package, Presentation, Problem Solving Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To optimize existing process, Increasing Productivity, Minimizing process loss & wastage.
∎ To prepare costing report of production and to bring solutions for reducing costs.
∎ Sourcing of Raw material Suppliers for various Machinery parts & Automation projects, Optimizing existing Process & Product cost, Developing Product quality
∎ To maintain necessary records and developing methods to minimize wastage.
∎ Have a clear idea about the production floor and workplace safety issue .
∎ To implement in house inventory monthly.
∎ Have to be engaged with local and foreign procurement for raw materials.
∎ To implement supply chain management, Lean manufacturing, kaizen. 5S etc in the factory.
∎ Have to source suppliers for various machinery parts.
∎ Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
∎ To prepare Annual Budget Plan.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to work under pressures.
∎ Candidate must have willingness to work for minimum 2 years.
∎ Must be energetic, should have leadership abilities & can do attitude.
∎ Must have presentation skills.
∎ Have to stay nearby factory.
