Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / IP Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop the detailed design (3D) and specifications for plastic mold using solid works or any other software.
∎ To work with hot runner systems for plastic injection mold.
∎ To instruct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold or material changes as dictated by experts.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to insure parts conformity and quality of plastic mold.
∎ To verify paper works for the completion of inspections at the start and during the process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Experience in 3D Design (Solid works, Auto CAD) is mandatory.
∎ Should have knowledge about plastic Injection Molds.
∎ Knowledge in mold industry will get preference.
∎ Good communication skill & sunny personality.
Salary: Negotiable
