Job Context:
∎ Sympa Solar Power Ltd. is one of the renowned Joint Venture Multinational in Bangladesh runs solar power plant under Independent Power Purchase Cell-1 of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB)
∎ Workstation: Tetulia, Panchagarh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the operation system of the plant.
∎ Initiate preventive & corrective measures for regular maintenance to ensure readiness to meet the performance requirement.
∎ Plan and supervise progress of cleaning, vegetation and transmission line routine maintenance work.
∎ Perform routine inspection of each site and analyze necessary improvement
∎ Prepare monthly bills based on BPDB requirements with coordination of substation Engineers and Energy Audit, Rangpur.
∎ Organize on-site performance measurements
∎ Ensure EHS policy of the plant
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ SOP preparation and implementation.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisors/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge on computer i.e MS Office and smart in emailing.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Fluency in English

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate. Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
