Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or Material science and Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work on different metal casting methods and implementing new technologies.
∎ To analyze different composition of Walton metal scraps and help to recycle them.
∎ To analyze different casting defects and help to rectify those.
∎ To research and develop automated green sand foundry line, solidification and microstructures of cast iron and steel.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on cast iron and steel melting standards.
∎ Be prepared to work any proposed projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on cast Iron and steel micro structure and physical properties.
∎ Sound knowledge on different casting technologies and defects.
∎ Sound knowledge on Solidification of metals and composition analysis.

Salary: Negotiable
