∎ • Must be able to organise and work independently.
∎ • Should have good hand writing both in English and Bangla.
∎ • Must be eager and willing to work shoulder to shoulder with workers.
∎ • Must be eager to learn and guide.
∎ • It is not a desk oriented job.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
