Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Power Engineering
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any reputed universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for operation and maintenance of All Over Printing (Reggiani,MHM,Zimmer), Loop Steamer, Continuous Washing (Goller) & Finishing (Bruckner, Monforts) and Engraving( SPGPrints, Signtronic) machineries.
∎ Adhered to modify of Programmable Logic Controller (Siemens,Allen Bradlley,Wago,Lenze), Inverter, HMI etc.as well as Industrial Automation with PLC, HMI, DCS and electrical control
∎ Troubleshoot Electrical and Electric Problems and prevent operational and corrective maintenance work of different electric equipment and machineries.
∎ Coordinate with other department as required like as cooperate and assist in operational activities with production department.
∎ Prepare daily schedule maintenance document and report properly.
∎ Ensure that the risks are pro-actively assessed and managed in electrical utilities areas
∎ Regular review of spare parts in engineering stores
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, quick learner, can-do attitude and result oriented
∎ Sound knowledge of Audit requirements as per ACCORD, & ALLIANCE, BNBC & NFPA for electrical and building safety.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
