Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day interior construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and also the Company’s SOP
∎ Co-ordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers
∎ Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections
∎ Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards
∎ Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities
∎ Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, budgets, materials, and any changes made to project plans
∎ Software efficiency on AutoCad and Sketch Up
