Job Responsibilities:
∎ Various maintenance activities related to gas turbine-compressor (GE 10/2 and PCL-504)
∎ Preventive maintenance activity like water-wash, CI and HGPI for gas turbine.
∎ Assembling and disassembling of various instruments during bearing inspection of gas-turbine (GE-10/2).
∎ Bearing temperature sensor and Axial/Radial displacement probe replacement of GE 10/2 gas turbine.
∎ Logic modification, logic force/bypass of turbine control and safety control system (Mark-VI and GE Fanuc control system).
∎ Controller card replacement, configuration program uploading & downloading and logic modification for various control systems. (Mark-VI & GE Fanuc)
∎ Various activities related to custody transfer system (Gas Metering and Regulation System).
∎ Analyze abnormality and complete maintenance Gas Chromatograph analyzer and controller. Various activity are six port assembly rebuilding, replacement of various decoder card, routine preventive maintenance, controller application uploading/downloading and modification, controller card replacement and chromatograph cycle and timing tuning/adjustment
∎ Complete maintenance of Flow boss system (Flow Compute). Maintenance activities for Flow boss are configuration, software up gradation, battery replacement, validation and card replacement/calibration.
∎ Third party (with customer) calibration and validation for custody transfer meters and maintain records for audit purpose.
∎ Configuration, interface and networking of HMI for Gas metering and regulation system (GE-Fanuc I Fix 4.0 Proficiency).
∎ Various maintenance activity of ultrasonic flow meter like diagnostic of flow profiler and velocity, profile plate & meter tube inspection, transduce replacement, acquisition/mother board card replacement and firmware up gradation.
∎ Various activities for Fire and Gas monitor system make of Honeywell.
∎ Troubleshooting for various detectors like gas detectors, flame detectors, multi-sensor smoke/heat detectors and also for fire suppression system (FM-200, deluge system).
∎ Identified and resolve fault/alarms in F&G control system (safety manager) and fire annunciation system.
∎ Panel wire modification, loop checking and configuration/assign new IO in existing control system based on process demand.
∎ Maintenance of Rotor/Shuck make gas/motor operated actuator (for 16 and 30 inch ball valve).
∎ Maintenance, testing and calibration of various types of field instruments like control and on-off valves, transmitters, gauges, temperature elements and control panels.
∎ Operation and maintenance of various type test master instruments such as dead weight test, digital gauge, temperature bath, digital thermometer, pneumatic calibrator, decade resistance box, Hand held monitor, HART device and multifunction calibrator etc.
∎ SAP end user for Plant Maintenance module. This includes Plant Corrective/Preventive job planning, scheduling, execution and closer. Also maintain calibration records, material handling and RCA management.
