Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for dedicated and committed dynamic Service Engineers who can join and strengthen our existing dynamic Service Team who will be responsible for managing and coordinating heavy equipment installations, maintenances & repairing activities in their assigned customer accounts and field territory. They will also interact with Customer Support & Product Management from time to time complying Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ The selected Engineers will be trained and groomed extensively to partner with the team of future Service Leaders of the company. Interested incumbents should meet the following competencies and professional profile:
Additional Requirements:
∎ A stint of 1 to 2 years in Service activities preferably in a large reputed organization with technical and industrial products.
∎ Experience in Gen-sets, heavy Electromechanical Equipment and Products will be given preference.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Excellent communication, presentation negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be an excellent result oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skill and aptitude.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, a Self-Starter, a Proactive, Positive and Pleasant Personality with strong attitude to work with challenging and ever demanding situations.
∎ Have a great sense of urgency and go getter attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Self-motivated, Hardworking, dynamic and energetic.

∎ Functional Competencies:
∎ Provide technical solutions visiting customer sites with service personnel for various critical issue through customer support agreement (CSA).
∎ Analyze customer complains & recommendation the suitable solutions.
∎ Prepare Service Reports and Professional Reports.
