Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ceramics, Computer skill, Glass Fabrication, Production, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the operation of the batch mixing facilities, Melting process, forming and Quality control under the direction of the (Batch, Furnace, Forming and QC) Manager.
∎ Assist (Batch, Furnace, Forming and QC) Manager with the organization and direction of the Batch, Furnace, Forming and QC department ensuring consistent quality glass through the most efficient use of energy and equipment.
∎ Supervise and direct department employees.
∎ Perform/act administrative duties as & when necessary for the effective management of the department including the selection and development of employees administration labor relations cost control monitoring of department performance and maintaining timely and accurate reporting.
∎ Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment consistent with Organization’s policies and procedures while striving for zero accidents.
∎ Assist with the development and training of standard operating procedures polices and quality standards utilized in glass melting refining, forming and batch and cullet operations.
∎ Assist the Plant Environmental Engineer in the collection and reporting of emissions data and responding to regulatory agency requests.
∎ Monitor, control & established procedures policies and quality standards utilized in glass melting refining and ingredients used in batches.
∎ Comply with Environmental and standards as set forth in plant policies/programs within Department responsibilities.
∎ Provide production shift supervisory coverage when required.
∎ Develop a general understanding of all areas of the production process, support functions and the roles that they provide.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary as per structure of the Company or negotiable if required. In case of highly experienced potential deserved candidates` salary may consider high.
